17oz WPM x IVY MTS Tapered Spout Milk Pitcher #15 SPOUT - Gloss Silver
Regular price $44.00 Save $-44.00The IVY is precision-engineered for intermediate-to-advanced baristas who require stable, repeatable control over fine-line patterning. Its tapered sharp spout is specifically optimized for drag-and-draw technique, channeling milk flow into a narrow, controlled stream capable of producing intricate detail work that broader spout geometries cannot replicate.
The wide 2.75" body diameter maintains milk volume and temperature stability during the pour, while the seamless trapezoid handle provides a consistent grip across multiple hand positions. The signature WPM slanted top design integrates triple volume indicators at 120, 180, and 240 mL, allowing precise milk-to-espresso ratio management without interrupting workflow.

Intermediate – Advanced Level

Perfect for 8-12oz cups, these 17oz pitchers provide a horizontal and intentional flow. The result is a controlled flow enabling high definition and contrast in the cup. Available in tapered sharp, narrow, round tip, round and wide options.
We recommend using soap and warm water and focus on cleaning the interior of the milk pitcher after every shift. Milk contains fat, proteins, and sugars that can leave residue on surfaces, especially if only rinsed with water. Over time, this residue can harden and become more difficult to clean.
As milk spoils, lactose is fermented into lactic acid, increasing the acidity. Acids can slowly corrode metal, even stainless steel, though stainless steel is more resistant. Prolonged exposure to acidic substances can wear down the protective layer of stainless steel.
Using soap and warm water is standard for removing milk fats and proteins effectively. Soap helps break down the fat molecules that water alone cannot remove, preventing buildup.
After wash, we recommend you to dry it with towel and leave them right side up to air out. Drying is important because water left on the surface of stainless steel can cause water spots and possibly encourage corrosion in the long term. Proper drying extends the longevity of metal kitchenware.
